Named modalities. Honest scope. No guesswork.

Each service below names the clinical approach, describes who it fits, and states what to expect in sessions. If a different provider is a better match, we'll say so.

Structural work across generations

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR address anxiety, depression, and trauma in adults. Sessions focus on specific patterns, not open-ended exploration. Best fit for clients with a clear presenting concern.

Emotionally Focused Therapy targets recurring conflict cycles and emotional disconnection between partners. Not suited for active safety concerns or as a substitute for individual trauma work.

Structural and systems-based family therapy addresses communication breakdowns and role conflicts. Works best when all key members can attend at least the first two sessions.

/ Fees & Insurance

Fisher Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We supply superbills for insurance reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly.

Straightforward rates, stated plainly

Telehealth and in-person sessions are both available. Session frequency is determined clinically, not by a preset package.

Individual sessions run 50 minutes at $175. Couples and family sessions run 75 minutes at $225. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available — ask directly.
